Back-to-back layups by
Justin Tucker sparked a 10-1 run for Keiser that gave the Seahawks an 81-74 lead with 2:06 to play.
Keiser 41, Florida Memorial 37
- DaQuan Williams got right to his scoring way early with a three-pointer to open the scoring for Keiser.
- The two sides would trade baskets over the next five minutes with the Seahawks going 5-of-7 from the floor in that span and the game tied at 14-14.
- Brandon Younger would score five of the next 10 points as the Seahawks took a four-point lead with 12:14 on the clock.
- The scoring would hit a stalemate as both sides would struggle to find the basket until Florida Memorial brought the game within two with 9:37 to play in the first.
- Back-to-back perfect trips at the free-throw line had Keiser up six with 8:16 remaining in the half.
- Once again the two sides would go back and forth before a thunderous Joe Stubbs dunk put Keiser ahead by eight just under the six-minute mark.
- Florida Memorial would end the half on an 8-4 run to cut the Keiser lead to 41-37 heading into the break.

- The Seahawks and Lions would have an even 9-9 start to the second half capped by a Justin Tucker rim rattler with 16:41 showing.
- FMU began to crawl back into a groove as a 10-6 run tied the game with 13:29 to play.
- The Lions immediately followed with a 9-2 run that was eventually halted by a Core'von Lott "and-1" layup at the 10:02 mark.
- Keiser then used an 8-4 to tie the game at 69-69, capped by a Williams layup.
- Both sides would get a taste of the lead before a layup by Tucker began a 10-1 run for the Seahawks to create an 81-74 lead with 2:06 left in the game.
- For the second game in a row, Keiser would be forced to the free-throw line and again would show up as the Seahawks would go 8-of-8 from the line in the last two minutes to secure the 89-80 win.

- The Seahawks snapped a two-game skid against the Lions to improve to 29-7 all-time in the series.
- Keiser is now 18-2 on the home floor against Florida Memorial.
- For the first time this season, it was a close rebounding battle but the Seahawks managed to win 36-35 overall.
- Keiser tied a season-high points total with 89 on the night.
- It was the best night from the free-throw line by far as KU shot 25-of-28 for an 89.3 team percentage.
- The Seahawks were nearly even inside and outside of the arc as 42 points came from in the paint.
- Justin Tucker was a force down low all game as the forward scored a team-best 20 points on 8-of-11 shooting.
- DaQuan Williams continues to impress with 17 points on the night on a superb 75% shooting percentage.
- Shaquille Harris finished one rebound short of a double-double as the guard collected eight points from the line and led the team with four assists.
- Keiser doubled their average in blocks tonight with eight as Younger led the way with three on the night.
