After nearly three weeks of no-game action, No. 1 women's soccer earned their tenth win of the season with a 5-1 win over Webber International in Babson Park, Florida.
Oline Sundgot led the Seahawks, scoring her first career hat trick on the afternoon.
- It was all Keiser from the start as the Seahawks fired three shots toward the Warrior keeper in the first nine minutes of action.
- Ayaka Matsumaru broke through in the 23rd minute with a header following a cross from Georgia Little to put the Seahawks ahead.
- In the 38th minute, Matsumaru shot another ball on target but it was Oline Sundgot who cleaned up the rebound to put Keiser up 2-0.
- It was Sundgot again in the 40th minute as she headed in a rebound of the crossbar to put the Seahawks up 3-0.
- Kyoka Koshijima scored her first goal of the game in the 42nd minute to give Keiser a 4-0 lead heading into the half.
- Keiser would continue to pressure the Warriors early into the second half, shooting 12 times and forcing five saves in the 25 minutes following halftime.
- In the 85th minute, Ramona Kannady stole away a ball in the Warrior's half before finding Sundgot who buried her third goal of the game into the left side of the net.
- Webber would find the back of the net in the 88th minute after a free-kick that went across the net was finished by Brazil Clark to cut the deficit to 5-1.
- Keiser would have the last laugh as Anisah Ortiz-Peck fed Isadora Diniz into a 1-on-1 opportunity that Diniz chipped over the keeper with two seconds left in the game.
- The Seahawks improved to 10-0-1 on the year with the win.
- KU also picked up their first Sun Conference win of the season.
- It was the fifth time this season that Keiser defeated an undefeated side.
- Sundgot's hat trick was the first of her career and the third of the season for Keiser.
- Koshijima's goal improved her point total to 22 on the year.
- Kannady's assist brought her season total to five on the season, good for fourth on the team.
- Grace McClellan made five saves in the contest tying her second-highest of the season.
- Once again, the Seahawks outshot their opponents by a large margin finishing with a 31-8 advantage, 18-6 on goal.
