Keiser women's tennis continue strong in the ITA Cup as they dominated on day two. The girls went 2-2 in singles and won one of their doubles matches. 

In singles, Violet Apisah and Yvette Schmucker came out strong as they took on their opponents and came out with a victory. Apisah defeated her opponent Jordan Ortega Mendez (WCU) 6-1, 6-0. Schmucker faced Iryna Lysykh (GGC) 4-6, 6-2, 6-4. They paired together to defeat Tereza Koplova and Eva Siska (GGC) 7-5, 6-2. Isabella Perez Flores notched a win over Melanie Dveksler (IWU) 6-3, 6-2. 



Head Coach Daniel Finn said, "Outside of one hiccup in doubles across the board the ladies did a great job throughout. I'm proud of the focus in singles this morning and it showed in the results. In doubles, we didn't start off the best on either court and it cost Isa and Flor in the end, but I was happy of how Violet and Yvette rebounded and took their match and ultimately played well in the end. As I said before, you can't win the event in one day, but happy to take another step forward".
