The No. 6 Keiser football team hits the road for their 2021 Mid-South Conference Sun Division opener as they travel to Miami, Fla., to face off against the Lions of Florida Memorial Saturday afternoon. Kickoff from Nathaniel Traz Powell stadium is set for 1:30 p.m.

Saturday's contest will be played at Nathaniel Traz Powell Stadium and live-streamed on Stretch Internet.

• Saturday's contest marks the second meeting all-time between the Seahawks and Lions.
• Keiser blanked Florida Memorial, 62-0, in the first meeting between the two programs in the 2020 season opener.
• The 62 points were the most in program history for the Seahawks.
• Jaden Meizinger rushed for a team-high 81 yards and added a score in last season's win, while Marques Burgess registered 62 yards and two touchdowns.

 With the Keiser offense still searching for an identity in the early portion of the 2021 season, look for center Jefferson Jones and the Keiser offensive to control the line of scrimmage and make a statement Saturday afternoon against the Lions.

• Alessandro Cantillo - #55/Jr./DL/Miami, Fla./John A. Ferguson

Saturday marks a homecoming return for Cantillo, who is a native of Miami. The junior has racked up 12 tackles on the year along with four tackles for loss and two sacks. Look for Cantillo and the Keiser front seven to continue to make a strong push up front.
