No. 2 Keiser women's soccer showed no signs of setback as five different players found the back of the net in a 5-0 win over Faulkner. The Seahawks defense did not allow a shot by the opposition for the second time this season.


.How it Happened
  • Larissa Weber netted the first goal of the game after just two minutes of play.
  • Less than one minute later, Ramona Kannady was fouled in the penalty box.
  • Matilda Ovenberger stepped up to the spot and buried the penalty into the right side of the net to give KU the 2-0 lead.
  • In the eighth minute, Kannady found the back of the net for her second of the year.
  • The half finished with the Seahawks leading, 3-0.
  • The Seahawks struck first in the second half courtesy of Maxi Krug from just outside the box in the 63rd minute.
  • Kyoka Koshijima worked her magic in the 73rd minute, curling a ball into the side netting from a corner kick to give Keiser a 5-0 lead.

Game Notes
  • This is the second meeting between the two teams with KU winning both matchups.
  • Ovenberger's goal from the spot tied her for the program's all-time lead in PK goals with Ebba Blomqvist at five.
  • Kannady, Lundman, and Ovenberger all recorded an assist for Keiser.
  • Grace McClellan was credited with her second shutout of the season.
  • Keiser out shot the visiting Eagles 45-0 (24-0 on net).
