The Keiser men's soccer coaching staff has been named the 2021 United Soccer Coaches National Staff of the Year (NSOY) as voted on by other coaches in the region who are members of the United Soccer Coaches College Service program.

Rae Allison were named the National Staff of the Year (NSOY), announced on December 17.
No. 1 Keiser Seahawks
- Claimed the school's first NAIA men's soccer national championship, defeating No. 4 Mobile, 2-0, on December 6 (Decatur, Alabama).
- Became the first Sun Conference program to claim the NAIA Red Banner in men's soccer.
- Handed then-unbeaten Central Methodist its first and only loss of the season with a 4-1 victory in the NAIA Semifinals (12/4).
- Garnered the NAIA All-Americans (Cristobal Molina Campo, Lucas Jacobs, Alejandro Varela Sabio).
- Posted a 16-3-1 record, including a 6-1-1 mark in Sun Conference action.
- Finished second in the conference, advancing to the SUN Finals for the third straight year.
- Ranked in the Top 6 all-season long in the NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 (as high a No. 1).
- Out-scored the opposition, 50-14, on the year.
- Posted a school-record 10 "clean sheets".
- Tallied seven All-Sun Conference selections, including three first-team honorees.
- Eleven Seahawks earned Sun Conference All-Academic recognition.
