The 2025 Academic All-American Men's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), were announced on Tuesday. The CSC Academic All-America program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Timo Boomkens and
Santiago Duque are recognized as a First Team, and
Francis Bolland is recognized as a Second Team Academic All-American honoree.
FIRST TEAM
Timo Boomkens, Junior, Valkenswaard, Netherlands
- Receives First-Team honors for the third consecutive year.
- 2025 SUN & NAIA Scholar Athlete Honoree
- 2025 Sun Conference Defensive and Overall Player of the Year.
- Logged one assist on the year.
- Started 18 matches, logging 1543 minutes.
- Played a key role in a defense that posted eleven shutouts and held opponents to 0.58 goals per game.
Santiago Duque, Senior, Medellin, Columbia
- Earns First-Team recognition for the first time, second time named All-Conference.
- Started 17 of 18 games for the Seahawks.
- Had four goals and four assist on the year.
- Including a game winner against Florida Memorial.
- 2025 SUN & NAIA Scholar Athlete Honoree
SECOND TEAM
Francis Bolland, Sophomore, Vienna, Austria
- Named First-Team All-Conference for the second straight year.
- 2025 SUN & NAIA Scholar Athlete Honoree
- Started in 17 games for the Seahawks
- Finished the year with two goals including a game winner against Southeastern.
- Played 1386 minutes on the back line, among the team's most durable defenders.
