Nicole Coopersmith was announced as the Sun Conference Player of the Month, announced by the league office on Monday.

• The award marks the first monthly honor of Coopersmith's career.
• Coopersmith went a perfect 5-0 in singles, and 3-0 in doubles at the ITA Regional Championships held from September 16-20.
• She did not lose a single set in either of her runs, hardly losing a game on the way to two titles.
• With the ITA Cup around the corner, she will compete for both a singles and doubles national title.
