CoreVon Lott, the Keiser men's basketball team snapped their two game losing streak with a 77-73 road victory over Sun Conference foe Florida Memorial Thursday evening.
Keiser 38, Florida Memorial 41
- Neither team created much separation in the opening 3:23 as the Seahawks held an early 7-6 lead courtesy of a Lott wing three that forced a Florida Memorial timeout.
- Out of the timeout, the game saw four lead changes and two ties as the teams were locked at 12 apiece with 13:23 showing on the clock.
- Following a Darius Bryant layup that broke the tie, Lott and Colin Hyssong registered back-to-back three-pointers as a part of an 8-0 run to give Keiser their largest advantage of the half, 20-12, heading into the 9:50 media timeout.
- The Lions responded out of the media break with a quick 4-0 spurt to trim the Keiser lead to four, 20-16, with 9:08 remaining in the half.
- Both offenses began to heat up over the next six minutes as the Lions and Seahawks traded haymakers back-and-forth as Keiser maintained their lead, 33-29, at the 3:09 mark. During the six minute stretch, the contest saw seven straight baskets with four coming from the Lions and three from the Seahawks.
- After a Keiser timeout with 3:09 left in the half, Florida Memorial used a 9-2 run to take their first lead, 38-35, since the 15:20 mark following their eighth triple of the half.
- The Lions held their lead over the final two minutes of action to take a 41-38 lead into the break.

- Florida Memorial scored four of the first six points of the second half to take their largest lead of the game, 45-40, at the 18:19 mark.
- Shaquille Harris answered with a nice finish at the rim and Lott followed with a three as Keiser used a 5-0 run to even the score at 45 with 17:45 left on the clock.
- Keiser eventually reclaimed the lead, 49-47, courtesy of a Harris layup at the 16:04 mark, but could not create separation between themselves and the Lions as the game saw three ties and one lead change over the next two minutes.
- With the contest tied at 53, Keiser rattled off the next six points capped off by a Darius Bryant triple to take a 59-53 lead with 12:15Â showing on the clock.
- Florida Memorial drew as close as one, 63-62, following a 7-2 run, which led to a Keiser timeout at the 9:29 mark.
- Out of the stoppage, the Seahawks netted five consecutive points to stretch their lead back to six, 68-62, with 6:44 left in the game. Radulovic capped off the 5-0 spurt with a three-pointer from the top of the key.
- Keiser extended the run to a 10-2 stretch as their lead bloomed to nine, 73-64, their largest of the game following a Lott layup with 4:22 showing on the clock.
- The Lions narrowed the Keiser lead to two one final time on the night, 73-71, after a Mubashar Ali layup at the 1:37 mark.
- Radulovic delivered the final dagger for the Seahawks with a wing triple that pushed the lead to 76-71 with 1:14 showing on the clock.
- Florida Memorial added one final basket to cut the lead to 76-73, but Bryant split a pair of free throws at the line to ice the game as the Seahawks prevailed 77-73.
- 2: Keiser won the rebounding battle over Florida Memorial, 42-40.
- 3: Harris registered his third double-double of the season as the junior finished with 10 points and a game-best 10 boards.
- 5: Keiser edged the Lions in the turnover battle by five with just six total compared to the Lions 11.
- 6: Lott produced a game-best six dimes in the win.
- 9: Hyssong put forth a strong effort off the bench finishing with nine points and nine boards.
- 16: For the second straight contest, Lott totaled 16 first half points.
