First Quarter: Keiser 18, OPSU 16
- The opening 6:20 of the contest was a one possession game with six lead changes.
- Oklahoma Panhandle State led 10-9 when a Lindsey O'Sullivan jumper and Patton three-pointer put Keiser on top, 14-10 with 3:40 showing.
- The Aggies answered with six straight points, reclaiming a 16-14 advantage with 2:10 remaining.
- Antigonie Sanabria tallied the final four points of the quarter as the Seahawks led 18-16.
Second Quarter: Keiser 37, OPSU 26
- OPSU opened the frame on a 5-2 run, jumping back on top, 21-20 at the 7:50 mark.
- Keiser responded with a 9-0 run, highlighted by Long's 1,000 career point, going back in front, 29-21, with 4:30 to go.
- Four straight points by Patton, including her 1,000 point, extended the Seahawks lead to the largest of the half, 35-24, with 2:50 left in the half.
- KU remained on top, 37-26, as the game entered the halftime break.
Third Quarter: Keiser 50, OPSU 51
- The Seahawks claimed their largest lead of the game, 43-30, on back-to-back three-pointers from Patton and Sanabria to open the quarter.
- Oklahoma Panhandle continued to chip away throughout the quarter and trailed by just one point, 51-50, as the game moved to the fourth.
Fourth Quarter: Keiser 70, OPSU 62
- Long opened the scoring with a jumper in the paint before Shay Audrain hit a three-pointer, tying the game at 53-53 with 9:25 remaining.
- After battling through two ties, the Seahawks ran off seven straight points to lead 64-57 with 1:03 left in regulation.
- The Aggies trimmed their deficit to four points on two occasions but Keiser iced the game away from the free throw line, winning 70-62.
