Keiser played their first and only exhibition game of the 2019-2020 season at FIU, and the Panthers were able to use hot-shooting, particularly from the perimeter, to come away with the victory.

This was the program's second exhibition all-time against FIU, with the Seahawks previously winning 71-61 on Nov. 4, 2009.
How it Happened
First Half: Keiser 45, FIU 57
- For the second consecutive outing, Malcolm Mabry opened the game's scoring with a three-pointer.
- The Panthers accounted for the next six points, jumping in front 6-3 with 17:13 on the clock.
- Mark Gordon got in the scoring column with a jumper, and after an FIU dunk, he answered with another bucket, bringing KU to within 8-7 at the 16:14 mark.
- After five straight points from FIU, Gordon canned his first three-pointer of the game as the Seahawks trailed 13-10 with 14:39 to go.
- FIU countered with an 8-2 run, building their advantage to 21-12, with 13:08 on the clock.
- The teams traded buckets until a 9-3 run by the Seahawks brought them to within a single-possession, 36-33, with 6:58 on the clock.
- Keiser was unable to trim the gap until their was 3:13 remaining as Fisher made two free throws , bringing the Seahawks to within two, 45-43.
- The Panthers concluded the half on a 12-2 run, going into the break with their largest lead of the half, 57-45. FIU hit two three-pointers during that stretch of play, finishing the half with eight makes from beyond the arc.
Second Half: Keiser 82, FIU 96
- FIU opened the second half on a 7-3 spurt, upping their advantage to 64-48 as the clock went under 14 minutes to play.
- The Panthers stretched their lead to the largest of the game, 78-60, with 8:42 remaining in the contest.
- Keiser got as close as eight, 87-79, on a Mabry three-pointer, forcing FIU to take a timeout with 3:18 left in regulation.
- After the timeout, FIU settled down, scoring the next nine points to lead 96-79 with 1:17 remaining.Â
- Sylvain scored the games final basket, a three-pointer, with 25 seconds left as Keiser dropped the exhbition game, 96-82.

- 3: Three Seahawks hit double-figures in scoring while Mabry had a team-high three trifectas.
- 10-6: Anderson finished with 10 points and tied for a team-high with six rebounds.
- 18: Sylvain had an excellent outing, pouring in 18 points off the bench.
- 19-21: The Seahawks forced 19 FIU turnovers, turning them into 21 points on the other end.
- 26-5: Gordon had a game-high 26 points to pace the Keiser offense, and contributed a game-high five steals.
- 26-18: Keiser's bench had 26 points, compared to FIU's 18.
