First Quarter: Keiser 13, OCU 15
- The Seahawks were held without a field goal until the 2:58 mark, trailing Ohio Christian, 8-2.
- An Antigonie Sanabria three-pointer sparked a 7-0 run, putting Keiser on top, 9-8, with two minutes remaining.
- The teams traded four leads with OCU clinging to a 15-13 advantage at the end of the frame.
Second Quarter: Keiser 37, OCU 31
- Keiser started the quarter on a 7-0 run, highlighted by five straight points from Emily Patton to lead 20-15 with 7:38 showing.
- The Seahawks extended their lead to eight on a pair of occasions before the Trailblazers used an 8-3 to get within three, 31-28, at the 1:19 mark.
- Lindsey O'Sullivan hit a jumper to start a 6-0 run, giving Keiser their largest lead of the game, 37-28 with 35 ticks remaining.

- After trading baskets, the Trailblazers claimed their final lead of the game, 67-65, on a Caroline Cox jumper at the 6:04 mark.
- The Seahawks surged back in front, 74-68, with 3:16 to go, thanks in part to a 9-1 run. In the stretch, Patton connected on a pair of three-pointers.
- The Trailblazers answered right back with a 9-2 run, evening the game at 77-77 with 1:14 left.
