The Tigers climbed to within 3-1 in the third when Pena came up with a clutch two-out RBI single up the middle, raising the margin back to three runs.

How it Happened
- The Seahawks wasted no time getting on the board as CJ Fitzpatrick delivered the opening run with a double down the left field line, plating Pena, who reached on a leadoff single. Fitzpatrick would later score on a wild pitch to lead 2-0.
- Pena raised the margin to three in the second with a two-out RBI single to third, scoring Crocitto, who began the frame with a single to shallow right.
- Edward Waters plated their only run of the game in the third with a leadoff home run to left but Pena got the run back in the fourth with an RBI single up the middle, making it 4-1.

Edward Waters gift-wrapped an unearned run in the first and second innings on throwing errors, allowing Keiser to take a 2-1 lead, an advantage they wouldn't relinquish.

How it Happened
- Keiser plated an unearned run in the first as Pena scored from second on a throwing error from the shortstop on a fielder's choice attempt at second.
- The Tigers knotted the game in the second with a sacrifice fly to right before the Seahawks reclaimed the lead in the bottom half.
- Back-to-back singles by Faneyte and Miguel Casanueva were sandwiched between a wild pitch to put runners on the corners. A throwing error allowed Faneyte to cross the plate and Casanueva scored on a double play, giving KU the 3-1 advantage.
- The Seahawks looked to do more damage in the third with the bases loaded and one-out but Casanueva grounded into an inning-ending, 6-4-3 double play.
- Edward Waters made it a one-run game in the fourth with an unearned run but Carlos Lopez and Alfonso threw a scoreless inning each, lifting Keiser to the four-game sweep of Edward Waters.
