  • Justin Flint was the lone Seahawk to record multiple goals but none bigger than his game-winner in the fourth quarter.
  • Christian Equilin went 9-of-15 in the faceoff circle while picking up a team-best four ground balls.
  • Anthony Bressi picked up the win in goal, making nine saves on the afternoon.

TURNING POINT
The game was tied at five-apiece heading into the final quarter of play when Flint scored the lone goal of the period, lifting Keiser to the 6-5 victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Missouri Baptist tallied the first two goals of the game before the Seahawks finally found the back of the net with 24 seconds left in the quarter on an unassisted goal by Justin Stone.
  • Keiser capitalized on a man-up opportunity with Nolan Duncan scoring off a feed by Blain Wallace, tying the game at 2-2 with 12:42 remaining in the second frame.
  • The Spartans came right back with two unanswered goals but Marentette notched a goal off an assist from Hunter East to trail 4-3 at the half.
  • Marentette assisted on goals by Wallace and Flint to give Keiser their first lead of the day, 5-4, with 7:47 left in the third.
  • However, Missouri Baptist netted a goal with 54 seconds remaining in the quarter to equalize the game heading into the fourth.
  • The lone goal of the fourth and game-winner came with 12:33 showing when Flint scored off a feed from Cruz Waerness, winning 6-5.
