Turning Point
It was the senior connection that came up with the biggest moment of the game when it mattered the most. Ash stole the ball with 18 seconds remaining and passed it to Trisic, who then drove to the basket and laid the ball in, lifting Keiser to the 61-60 senior night victory.
How it Happened
- Following a Warner bucket to open the game, Long tallied five points and Trisic connected on a jumper to take a 7-2 advantage at the 8:09 mark.
- The Seahawks stretched their lead to as many as seven, 11-4, before Warner closed the quarter on an 11-4 run to tie the game at 15-15.
- Warner outscored Keiser 8-2 to open the second, putting KU in their largest deficit of the half, 23-18, with 5:55 remaining in the frame.
- Dyson then connected on back-to-back jumpers and Starbria Hudson laid the ball in off a steal, forcing Warner into a timeout, with Keiser back in front, 24-23, at the 4:26 mark.
- The teams went back and forth before the Royals connected on a three-pointer with eight ticks showing to lead 35-32 at the halftime break.
- Long scored four of the Seahawks opening five points to reclaim a 37-35 advantage with 8:07 showing.
- Following a Warner bucket to knot the game, jumpers by Ash and Long helped KU go back in front by four at the 6:57 mark.
- The Royals answered back with a 6-0 spurt to lead 43-41 at the 6:13 mark but Keiser ended the quarter on an 8-0 run to lead 49-43.

- Following a pair of lead changes and Warner leading by one with 48 ticks showing, the Seahawks had to buckle down defensively.
- Ash came up with the huge steal and found Trisic on the breakaway, who converted on a layup with nine seconds to go, lifting Keiser to a 61-60 senior night win.
