Keiser Highlights
  • The Seahawks had three starters reach double-figure scoring including a game-best 26 points and 15 rebounds from Midori Long. The double-double is the fifth on the year for Long and the third straight for the sophomore.
  • Donivan Dyson poured in 21 points and Aleksandra Trisic added a season-best 15 points during the 2018 season finale.
  • Keiser out-rebounded the Warriors 45-33 and finished the game 26-of-32 at the charity stripe.

Turning Point
Webber closed to within five, 53-48, with 7:42 remaining in the fourth quarter, when Keiser closed the game on a 19-2 run. In that stretch, KU's defense did not allow a single field goal while causing seven turnovers.

How it Happened
  • The Seahawks tallied the opening six points before Webber connected on back-to-back layups to get within two at the 7:17 mark.
  • Long then hit a jumper to start a 7-1 run, stretching the margin to 13-5, but the Warriors responded with seven straight points to get within one with 2:36 to go.
  • However, Long scored the final four points of the quarter to give Keiser a 17-13 lead, heading into the second quarter. Long led the way in the frame with 13 points.
  • Webber outscored Keiser 10-5 over the opening 3:13 of the second quarter to take their only lead of the game, 23-22.
  • Keiser answered back with a 13-3 run to retake a 35-26 advantage, but Montrese Fuller hit a three-pointer with 33 seconds showing to trail KU, 35-29, at the intermission.
  • A three-pointer by Trisic out of the break started a 7-2 spurt, extending the advantage to 42-31, with 6:53 remaining in the period.
  • KU went on to lead by as many as 13 before holding a 52-41 edge, entering the final quarter of regulation.
  • The Warriors had one last push in them as they opened the fourth on a 7-1 run to climb within five, 53-48, at the 7:42 mark.
  • Keiser put an end to the threat as they closed the game on a 19-2 run to come away with a 72-50 road victory.
