The Seahawks volleyball team eased past host, Johnson (Florida) 3-0 on Friday afternoon. The four-straight, TSC Attacker of the Week,
Abbie Seward recorded her tenth double-doubles of the season with 21 kills and ten digs.
Brooklyn VandeHei passed for a match-best 33 assists and
Jordan Odom had three service aces to go along with ten digs.

Set One
Odom served the Seahawks first five points of the set to take a 5-0 advantage. Keiser wouldn't look back as they took the set by a final of 25-8. Seward led the way with five kills and five digs.

Set Two
Keiser jumped out to a 7-2 advantage behind three kills from Seward. Johnson got as close as two, 9-7 when a service error sparked a 5-0 run to extend the margin to 14-7. The Seahawks continued to motor down the stretch, winning 25-14 and taking a 2-0 lead in the match.

Set Three
The Seahawks held a 4-1 lead when the Suns answered with a 5-1 spurt to jump ahead 6-5. Following five ties and one lead change, three straight kills by Seward put Keiser ahead for good at 15-12. Johnson got as close as two down the stretch before KU grabbed the final five points of the set, capped by a
Ryelle Cox service ace, winning 25-18.

The Seahawks extended their winning streak to six matches after sweeping Johnson (Tenn.) 3-0 to cap off a doubleheader. Seward recorded her second double-double of the evening with 20 kills and ten digs. Odom had a strong offensive performance with 16 kills and nine digs. VandeHei chipped in with 47 assists and
Morgan Leff had ten digs.

Set One
Keiser clung to an early 7-4 lead before Johnson rattled off six unanswered points to claim their first lead of the night, 10-7. The Seahawks came right back with a 7-2 spurt, highlighted by two service aces from
Stephanie Sanchez and two kills from Seward, regaining a 14-12 advantage. KU would go on to lead by as many as seven before taking the opening set, 25-18.

Set Two
The Seahawks raced out to a 9-2 advantage but Johnson continued to chip away climbing to within 13-11. However, KU rattled off seven consecutive points to take a commanding 20-11 lead. Keiser wouldn't look back, taking the set 25-14 and leading 2-0.
Set Three
With Keiser ahead 6-5, an Odom kill ignited an 8-0 run to extend the margin to 14-5. The Royals only managed to get within six late in the set before KU won it, 25-17.
