- Warner answered with an 8-2 run over the next 1:13 to take their first lead of the game, 11-9.
- A Starbria Hudson jumper began a 6-0 spurt to reclaim a 15-11 advantage and continued to lead 17-16 heading into the second frame.
- The Royals opened the second on a 13-3 run to go in front 29-20 with 5:50 showing, before Long split a pair at the line.
- After the Seahawks cut their deficit to six with 4:27 remaining, Warner closed the quarter with nine straight points to hold a 38-23 advantage at the break.
- Keiser outscored the Royals 16-15 in the third but trailed 53-39, going into the final quarter of regulation.
