Â
How it Happened
- Just like in game one of the series, the Seahawks struck first in the bottom of the opening inning as Keivan Berges launched a frozen rope over the left field fence for a two-run homerun, his seventh of the season.
- The Royals registered their first hit of the ball game in the top of the third as the pitcher, Jordan Pike, led off the inning with a single to left center.
- After a balk put Pike on second, Garmendia settled back down to strike out two of the next four batters with the second strikeout ending the scoring threat for the Royals.
- Keiser stretched its lead to three in the bottom of the third following Brad Myott's double to left field, plating Gabby Mundo from first who led off the inning with a single for his second hit of the game.
- Jack Curtis then stretched the Keiser lead to 4-0 on the very next at bat with an RBI double to left center, bringing home Tyler Hitt from second who was in to pinch run for Myott.
- The Seahawks missed an opportunity to further stretch their lead in the third inning as Miguel Casanueva grounded out with the bases loaded to end the inning.
- Keiser loaded the bases in the bottom of the fifth inning, coming away empty for the second time in three innings following Zack Saldivar's inning-ending double play ground out.
- Warner placed its first runner on third in the top of the eighth inning but could not plate the Royals' first run of the game as Broderick Rodocker grounded out to end the inning.
- The Seahawks broke the game wide open in the bottom of the eighth inning, scoring five runs on four hits to stretch their lead to 9-0.
- Myott plated the first two runs of the five-run inning with his second double of the game down the left field line, bringing home Mundo and Saldivar.
- Curtis brought home the third run of the inning for Keiser with his single to left field, scoring Berges from third.
- The final two runs of the bottom of the eighth came via the sacrifice fly to extend the Seahawk lead to 9-0, heading into the final inning of play.
- The Royals plated their first and only run in the top of the ninth with a sacrifice fly to center field by Pike, trimming the Keiser lead to 9-1.
- Steven Seiter came in to relieve Matt Zino, recording three outs to shut the door on the Royals in game two.

Game Two

- Carlos Pena highlighted the Keiser offense in game three, finishing the contest 3-4 including a three-run dinger in the first inning to account for all three of the Keiser runs.
- Brad Myott was the only other Seahawk with multiple hits, finishing the contest 2-4.
- Francisco Arias earned his second win of the season from the bullpen, pitching five innings of work to preserve the victory.
Â
Turning Point
Francisco Arias' performance out of the bullpen provided the turning point in game three of the series. Arias entered the contest with a 3-1 lead, pitching five innings of work and yielding just three hits and one earned run. Arias also punched out five batters in the victory.
Â
How it Happened
- Despite walking two batters in the first inning, Miguel Castellanos kept the Royals off the board with two pop flies and one strike out.
- The Seahawks jumped on the board early in the bottom of the first inning for the third time in the series following Carlos Pena's three-run homerun, his first of the season.
- Warner notched its first two hits of game three in the top of the third with back-to-back singles but could not plate the Royals' first run of the contest.
- Keiser failed to extend the lead in the bottom of the third, leaving the bases loaded after Faneyte and Dore flew out to end the inning.
- The Royals trimmed into the deficit with Pike's RBI single through the right side of the infield, plating Jesse Haney from third for Warner's first run of the game in the top of the fourth.
- The Seahawks left the bases loaded for the second time in the contest, this time loading the bags in the bottom of the sixth as Berges flew out harmlessly to end the inning.
- Warner cut the two-run Keiser lead in half in the top of the seventh as Ryan Klingler scored on a wild pitch with nobody out.
- Francisco Arias regained composure, striking out the next two batters and inducing a Rodocker ground out to strand the Warner runner at second to preserve the 3-2 advantage.
- After being held hitless for two innings, Keiser broke through with its first hit since the fourth inning as Pena registered his third hit of the ballgame.
- Hitt came in to pinch run for Pena and was stranded at third following Faneyte's strike out to end the scoring threat.
- Haney singled to start the Warner eighth and was then called out on runner's interference as the ball was thrown into the infield, striking Haney in the base path for the wild first out of the inning.
- Arias then sat down Josh Canabal and Chase Coon to end the top of the eighth inning with the 3-2 advantage.
- After Keiser was held scoreless in the bottom of the eighth, Arias came back out on the mound to seal the win by striking out Sotolongo for the final out of the ballgame, earning his second win of the season.
