The #RV Keiser University baseball team completed the sweep of Thomas University on Sunday afternoon with a 9-3 victory. The Seahawks improved to 30-16 overall and 13-6 in Sun Conference play.

• Keivan Berges gave the home team an early 2-0 lead in the first with a blast over the right field fence.  Thomas cut the deficit in half in the fifth before the Seahawks pushed four across in the bottom half.
• Gabby Mundo plated Jesus Fuenmayor with an RBI single through the left side and then Berges went deep for the second time in the game with a three run bomb to left field making it 6-1.
• The Night Hawks scored two in the seventh getting to within 6-3 but Keiser answered with three in the bottom.
• Dylan Dore led off with a double down the left field line and scored on a Brad Myott fielders choice making it 7-3. Jack Curtis scored the final two runs with a single to left fielding winning 9-3.
• Berges picked up the win on the mound going six innings with five strikeouts. He also broke the homerun record he set last season with 16 on the year.
• Connor Morrison threw his second straight perfect ninth inning with one strikeout.

Keiser returns to the field on Tuesday when they travel to Florida Memorial for a non-conference game at 3:00 p.m.
