The turning point came in the final seven minutes of the third quarter as Edward Waters went on a 20-7 run to take the 12-point lead at the end of the third quarter. Brittany Thompson recorded six of her game-high 21 points during the stretch.
How it Happened
- The two squads went back-and-forth for the majority of the quarter as neither team was able to extend the game to two possessions throughout the entire first quarter.
- Keiser took its largest lead of the quarter after Cole buried a three with 24 ticks left on the clock to make it a 17-13 advantage in favor of the Seahawks.
- Cole stretched the Keiser lead to a game-high six points with 8:28 remaining in the second quarter following a jumper.
- The Tigers would not go away, eventually chipping the Keiser lead to just one.
- The Seahawks maintained their lead for the second quarter, taking a 32-30 lead at the half.
- Edward Waters stormed out of the locker room in the second half, outscoring Keiser 27-13 in the third quarter.
- The Tigers trailed in the third quarter until taking the lead for good at the 6:44 mark following a triple from Lashe Kirkland.
- Edward Waters used a strong third quarter to take a 57-45 lead heading into the final quarter of play.

- Edward Waters evened the season series by avenging the 51-42 loss to the Seahawks back on Nov. 15 in West Palm Beach, Fla.
