The turning point came in the first 3:09 of the contest when Keiser exploded for a 10-0 run to begin the contest. The game began with back-to-back layups from
Dominique Winbush followed by consecutive threes from
Claudia Reque and Patton.

How it Happened
- Keiser took a commanding 12-1 lead through the first four minutes of play and would not look back, cruising to the double-digit victory.
- Sterling cut the deficit to single digits twice in the opening quarter but the Seahawks stretched the lead back to 10 to conclude the quarter.
- The Warriors cut the deficit to eight to begin the second quarter following a three pointer but could not trim the gap any closer.
- Keiser maintained the momentum and stretched its lead to 17 before the end of the first half, taking a 39-23 advantage into the locker room.
- The third quarter was much of the same as the Seahawks outscored Sterling 24-17 in the quarter, stretching their lead to as much as 25 points following a triple by Del Negro.
- The Warriors outscored the Seahawks in the final quarter but it was too little too late as Keiser maintained its double-digit advantage for the remainder of the game.
- Del Negro came off the bench to score 11 points on 4-4 shooting including 3-3 from beyond the arc.
