TURNING POINT
After Keiser battled back in the second half to take a 52-49 lead, the Bulldogs used an 11-0 run to regain a 60-52 advantage and made the Seahawks battle from behind.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Tennessee Wesleyan controlled the first six minutes of the game before a pair of Weaver free throws gave Keiser their first advantage of 15-14.
-The Bulldogs fought back and regained a 20-19 lead, but a Whittaker basket sparked a 12-4 run to take their largest lead of the game at 31-24 with 8:44 showing. However, the Seahawks went into break trailing 49-44.
-A McClenton bucket in the paint jump started an 8-0 run to begin the half, giving Keiser the 52-49 advantage at the 16:46 mark. Tennessee Wesleyan came right back with the 11-0 run to lead 60-52 with 13:21 to go.
-Keiser battled all the way back to knot the contest at 80-80 and 82-82 but couldn't regain the advantage and fell 85-82.
