KU HIGHLIGHTS
- Deion McClenton led the team in scoring for the second straight game with 17 points on 7-11 shooting. He also pulled down a team high nine rebounds.
- Stefan Zecevic chipped in 16 points, while Brice Jenkins had 14 points, eight rebounds and a team high five assists.
- Tyrus Weaver had a big game off the bench scoring 14 points on 2-3 shooting from beyond the arc and a perfect 6-6 from the line.
 
TURNING POINT
The Seahawks trailed 67-64 with 5:57 remaining in regulation when they outscored Union 14-7 to take their largest lead of the game of 81-71 with 28 seconds to go.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Keiser jumped out to a 7-1 lead while not allowing a Union basket until the 15:17 mark. The Bulldogs clawed back to take their first lead of the game at 13-10 with 11:20 showing.
-With the scored tied at 16-16, a pair of free throws by Weaver started a 7-0 run that stretched into a 10-2 spurt extending the advantage to the largest of the half of 26-18 with 6:52 remaining.
- Union then outscored Keiser 19-8 down the stretch to lead 37-34 at the half.
- Keiser tied the game at 43-43 on a Stanley Whittaker three pointer but Union held off the Seahawks till a Zecevic jumper put them in front 51-49 with 12:18 left in regulation.
-A back and forth battle ensued over the six minutes that included a pair of threes by Weaver and one from Andrija Sarenac that led to the final tie of the contest at 64-64. Union followed with a three pointer before Keiser used a 6-0 run to put themselves in front for good at 70-67.
