The Northwood men's and women's tennis teams breezed by Webber International on Saturday afternoon. The men won their match 5-0 and the women won 6-0.

The doubles team of David Uquillas and Martin Martins led the way with an 8-0 win in the two spot.  In singles Ignacio Osse shutout his fifth singles opponent 6-0, 6-0. Alvaro Iturriaga and Rafael Lenz pulled out a hard fought first doubles match 8-6.

On the women's side, all three doubles matches went Northwood's favor of 8-0. The doubles teams included Adelaide Wood / Valentina Souki, Matilde Thibadult/Rocia Merlo and Livia Toth/ Lola Garcia. In singles Wood and Souki led the way with 6-0, 6-0 wins in the one and two spot.

With the wins, the men move to 7-0 overall and 4-0 in Sun Conference play, while the women improve to 5-3 overall and 3-1 in conference play.

The Seahawks return to the courts on Wednesday when they travel to St. Thomas at 2:00 p.m.
