The Keiser University women's basketball team fell to NCAA Division 1 Florida Atlantic University 74-52 on Sunday in an exhibition game.
How it Happened- After falling behind 4-0, the Seahawks used a 7-0 run that was started on a Courtney Murphy three pointer to go ahead 7-4 at the 6:46 mark.
- Keiser led seven of the ten minutes during the first quarter, taking two leads of at least four points at 10-6, and 13-9.
- The Owls led 18-15 with 7:51 showing in the second, when Miah Shephard hit a three pointer knotting it at 18-18.
- Florida Atlantic held a 34-29 advantage at the half, despite Murphy scoring 20 points on 7-9 shooting, while connecting on 6-8 from three.
- The Owls controlled the second half, leading 54-37 at the end of the third and came away with the 74-52 win.
