The #22 Keiser University men's basketball team upended Dickinson State 89-73 on Saturday afternoon. The Seahawks are now 10-1 overall on the season with the victory.

How it Happened

• Dickinson State led 6-5, when an Andrija Sarenac three pointer sparked a 14-0 run capped by a Deion McClenton dunk retaking a 19-6 advantage with 13:13 to go in the first half.
• With the score 21-14 favoring Keiser, Sarenac and Kevin McDuffie each hit three pointers for the largest of the half at 27-14 at the 10:35 mark. Keiser went on to lead 40-34 at the half.
• The Blue Hawks tied the game at 53-53 with 12:14 showing, but the Seahawks quickly responded with an 8-1 run that turned into a 16-4 run, stretching their advantage to 69-57 with 9:38 to play.
• Keiser led 82-69, when a McClenton basket started a 7-2 run upping the lead to 89-71 which was the largest of the game with 1:51 to play and went on to win the game 89-73.

2: Stanely Whittaker 16 points, 13 assists, and McClenton 18 points, 12 rebounds each had double-doubles.
4: Stefan Zecevic scored a game high 25 points, while McClenton (18), Whittaker (16), Sarenac (12) were in double figures as well.
