The #22 Keiser University men's basketball team sailed by Pensacola Christian 97-51 on Saturday afternoon.
Stanley Whittaker recorded his second triple-double of the year helping Keiser remain perfect at 8-0 overall.
How it Happened - Three ties started the game, before Keiser used a 6-0 run to take a 13-7 advantage with 14:24 showing.
- The Seahawks led 23-16, when an Andrija Sarenac three pointer started and ended a 16-2 run extending their lead to 41-18 at the 7:06 mark.
- After trading baskets, a pair of Tyrus Weaver free throws started an 18-3 run capped by a Deion McClenton jumper with one second left to lead 62-25 at the break.
- Keiser started the new half on an 11-3 run stretching their advantage to 77-28 with 13:47 remaining.
- A layup by Weaver with six minutes left in the contest, gave the Seahawks their largest lead of the game of 86-36 with six minutes left.
