The #3 Keiser University women's soccer team bounced back from their first conference loss by shutting out Thomas University 4-0 on Sunday afternoon. The Seahawks improved to 9-2-1 overall and 5-1 in Sun Conference play.

Sara Lundberg had the game's first scoring opportunities in the second and third minutes but her shots were saved. However,
Johanna Engberg got Keiser on the board in the 18th minute by heading in a 30 yard free kick taken by
Linnea Lindmark making it 1-0. The score remained the same going into the break despite Keiser holding an 11-1 advantage on shots.
Engberg picked up her second goal of the day in the 52nd minute when
Louise Andersson crossed a ball in from the right that she tapped in for the 2-0 advantage. Nine minutes later, Engberg completed the hat trick heading in a corner by Lindmak making it 3-0.
The Seahawks scored the final goal of the game in 76th minute, when Andersson collected a through ball from
Amanda Blixt and beat the keeper winning 4-0.
Keiser held a 23-3 advantage on shots and 10-1 with shots on goal. Engberg led the way with five shots, while Lundberg had four.
Felicia Sedell made one save in goal for her fifth shutout of the year.
The Seahawks return to action on Thursday when they travel to South Carolina Beaufort for a 3:00 p.m. kickoff.
