Prior to Keiser:

Before joining the Seahawks, Flocco served as an Assistant Coach for the Men's Lacrosse program at Long Island University (LIU). During his tenure at LIU, he also served as a Fitness Coach at OrangeTheory Fitness, where he led group classes and fostered positive, engaging environments for members. Flocco attended Long Island University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and was a key leader, serving as the Captain of the Men's D1 Lacrosse Team.
