Calhoun’s Corner
  • Bob Calhoun will be entering his third season as the Assistant Men’s Lacrosse coach
  • Calhoun primarily works with the offensive unit and runs the substitution box
  • Aided in Keiser boasting a 17-6 record in two-seasons and back-to-back appearances in the NAIA National Tournament
  • Helped the Seahawks to a 10-2 record in their inaugural season and a berth in the NAIA National Championship game
  • Coached 19 All-Conference players, five All-Americans, and the AII Player and Offensive Player of the Year
  • Assisted Keiser get as high as No. 2 in the NAIA coaches poll
 
Playing Career
Calhoun’s personal accolades include winning a Florida State Championship in 2009 and being named a High School All-American in 2010 at W.T. Dwyer High School. After high school, he played two seasons at NCAA DII NYIT where he made Athletic Director's Honor Roll, ECC Honorable Mention honors. In that time, he recorded 19 goals and 18 assists.

Calhoun returned to his home state in 2014 to play for the University of Tampa, helping the Spartans to a pair of NCAA D2 National Tournament appearances. Off the field, he was twice named a Sunshine State Honor Roll student.  
 
Personal
Calhoun graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Health in 2015, and is currently working on his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Keiser University.
