  • Aided in the 2019 Sun Conference Player of the Year, Mark Gordon

  • Assisted with five All-Conference players, including three on the First Team
  • Off the court, three players received Academic All-Conference honors

  • Ranked as high as No. 6 in the NAIA Top 25 poll during the 2019-20 season
  • Primarily focuses on implementing offensive and defensive schemes along with game preparation
  • Additional responsibilities include; player development, scheduling, film, scouting, and recruiting
 
Pre-Keiser
Prior to Keiser, Allen spent two years at Lynn University, assisting the men's and women's teams for a season each. With the men, he helped the squad to a 25-7 record and a Sweet 16 birth in the NCAA Division II Tournament. In that season, he helped with two All-Conference members, one All-Region player, and one All-SSC Newcomer Team member.

Allen has ten years of High School coaching experience including three years as the Head Coach at Little Village High School in Chicago, Illinois.

Personal
Allen graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 2008 with his Bachelors of Science in Physical Education and Fitness. He then obtained his Master’s degree in 2018 from Lynn University in Sport and Fitness Administration.
