  • Assisted the Seahawks to their second straight perfect regular season, finishing 9-1 overall in year one
  • Helped Keiser advance to the NAIA Semifinals after winning their second straight Sun Division Championship

  • Coached seven All-Conference athletes and one Second Team NAIA All-American
  • The defense ranked fourth in total defense per game (249.7) and scoring defense per game (12.5)
  • Coached the defense to three shutouts, including the programs first-ever blanking against Florida Memorial in the season opener

Pre-Keiser
Ridings brings 14 years of coaching experience within the college ranks to Keiser, spending the last four seasons as an Assistant at Marian University. At Marian, he served as the Safeties Coach and was the recruiting Coordinator.

In 2019, Ridings was named the NAIA Assistant Coach of the Year by the American Football Coaches Association as the Knights finished as the NAIA National Runner-Up. Ridings has also made stops as an Assistant with University of Kentucky, Indiana University, Eastern Kentucky University, University of Indianapolis, University of St. Francis, and Lindsey Wilson College.

Ridings also currently serves as the Head Coach and Camp Director for USA Football, leading camps in cities across the country.

Personal
Ridings obtained his undergraduate degree in Sport Marketing and Management from Indiana University in 2009 and completed his Master's in Sports Administration in 2013 from Western Kentucky/University of Kentucky Online Program. He was chosen to participate in the AFCA 30 Under 30 Leadership Institute in 2017 and was selected as a promising young coach by the NFL-NCAA Coaches Academy in 2014.

Ridings and his wife, Natalie, currently reside in West Palm Beach, Fla.
