  • O’Rourke enters his seventh year as a member of the Seahawks football staff
  • Serves as the Linebackers Coach, Defensive Pass Game Coordinator, co-Special Teams Coordinator, and Academic Coordinator
  • Also coached defensive backs for six seasons (2018-2024)
  • Helped the Seahawks to a 61-12 overall record and a 35-1 conference mark
  • Helped guide the Seahawks to the 2023 NAIA National Championship
  • Assisted Keiser to six NAIA Playoff appearances, including three straight National Championship appearances (2022, 2023, and 2024)
  • Part of back-to-back undefeated regular seasons in 2019 and 2020 and six consecutive conference championships - Sun Conference Championship in 2022, 2023, and 2024, and the Mid-South Sun Division Championships in 2019, 2020, and 2021
  • Aided in the 2023 and 2024 SUN Special Teams Player of the Year, the 2023 SUN Defensive Back of the Year, MSC Sun Division Defensive Player of the Year (2019, 2020) and Freshman Defensive Player of the Year (2020)
  • In 2023, coached Keiser’s secondary to a school-record 75 passes defended
  • In 2022, guided a secondary that tied the school mark for interceptions (17)
  • In 2020, coached the defense to three shutouts, including the programs first blanking against Florida Memorial in the season opener

Pre-Keiser
Prior to Keiser, O’Rourke spent three seasons as a Defensive Backs coach at Oxbridge Academy and three seasons at Lincoln High School also as a Defensive Backs coach. At Oxbridge, he helped the team to a 3A District runner-up and District championship. In addition, he spent two seasons as a Student Assistant at Florida State University.

O’Rourke received his Bachelor degree in English from Florida State University in 2012.
