Justin Hilliker

Justin Hilliker enters his fourth year as the head coach of the Women’s Flag Football team. Hilliker was tasked with starting the program on May. 18, 2020.
 
Hilliker’s Honors
  • Coached the Seahawks to the Sun Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships in their inaugural season
  • Named the Sun Conference Coach of the Year in 2021
  • Holds a 37-11 overall record and a 23-5 mark in Sun Conference games
  • Netted nine All-Conference awards including six on offense and three on defense
  • Shutout Webber 45-0 in the programs first-ever contest at home
 2023
  • Advanced to the NAIA Postseason for a third consecutive season, reaching the semi-finals.
  • Led the team to a 11-6 record on the year with an 7-3 mark in conference 
  • Had two SUN All-Conference members named to the offensive team selection
  • Two players were selected to the NAIA Flag Football Finals All-Tournament team 
2022
  • Guided the Seahawks to the NAIA Postseason for a second consecutive season
  • Led the team to a 13-4 record on the year with an 8-2 mark in conference 
  • Garnered three SUN All-Conference members

2021
  • Advanced to the NAIA Championship game, falling to Ottawa, 7-6
  • Named the Sun Conference Coach of the Year
  • Coached Keiser to the Sun Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships
  • Guided the Seahawks to a 13-1 record in their first year of competition
  • Four players earned All-Conference honors

Pre-Keiser
Hilliker comes to Keiser after spending 22 seasons in the high school ranks including stops at Park Vista, Seminole Ridge Community, and Jupiter Community. In that time, he worked with both sides of the football in various roles.
