The Keiser men's cross country team will open its 2026 season Friday at the fifth annual Keiser University Invitational. Running on their home course, the Seahawks enter the year under the guidance of Head Coach Harvey Simpson, now in his sixth season at the helm. Keiser comes off a fifth place finish at the 2025 Sun Conference Championship and was picked to finish fifth in the conference's 2026 preseason coaches' poll. With an entirely new roster taking the course this fall, the Seahawks will look to set the tone early and make a statement in their season debut.
The competition field will be chasing a fast course record, as FAU's Lachlan Shiver holds the men's 5k mark at 15:22.44.
