The 2026 All-Sun Conference Flag Football Teams were announced on Wednesday as voted on by the league's 10 head coaches. This year's teams feature 17 first-team selections and 17 second-team honorees.
Keiser recorded 10 all-conference honors, including four on the first team and six on the second team.
All-Sun Conference
Center - First Team
Sophia Caprio, Fourth Year, Loxahatchee, Florida
- Earned second all-conference selection of her career
- Named a second-team all-conference selection for the first time
- Appeared in 13 games for the Seahawks
- Recorded 58 catches for 495 yards and 11 touchdowns
- Had a career-high 11 catches at Brewton-Parker (3/28) with 68 yards and a touchdown
- Caught at least one touchdown in every game she played in this season
Wide Receiver - Second Team / Special Teams - Second Team
Tremesha Harris, Third Year, Jacksonville, Florida
- Named a second-team all-conference selection for the first time
- Appeared in all 14 games for the Seahawks
- Caught 57 passes for 808 yards and 11 touchdowns
- Averaged a team-best 14.18 yards per reception
- Recorded a career-high 122 yards on five catches with two touchdowns versus Wingate (2/27)
- Registered 62 flag pulls, 4.0 flag pulls for loss, one sack, and four interceptions
- Returned two extra points for defensive conversions
Safety - First Team / Wide Receiver - First Team
Ashlea Klam, Third Year, Austin, Texas
- Earned first-team honors at both safety and wide receiver for the first time in her career
- Named an all-conference selection for the third consecutive season
- Made appearances in all 14 games for the Seahawks
- Caught 65 passes for 814 yards and a team-high 18 touchdowns
- Has recorded at least one receiving touchdown in 10 games
- Leads the team in scoring with 126 points
- Registered 12 interceptions this season (No. 3 in the NAIA)
- Has also recorded 22 flag pulls this season
Linebacker - First Team / Wide Receiver - Second Team
Dakota Moberg, Second Year, Stuart, Florida
- Named an all-conference selection for the second straight season
- Earned first-team honors (LB) for the second time in career (first-team special teams in 2025)
- Garnered second-team honors for the first time in her career (WR)
- A two-time NAIA and SUN Defensive Player of the Week
- Appeared in all 14 games for the Seahawks
- Leads the team with 108 total flag pulls (No. 3 in the NAIA) - second most in a single season at Keiser
- Has 3.0 flag pulls for loss and one sack
- Also, leads the team in pass breakups (10)
- Second on the team in interceptions (6)
- Recorded a team-best 69 catches for 983 yards on the year
- Has hauled in 14 touchdowns
Quarterback - Second Team
Ava Wallace, First Year, Leander, Texas
- Named a second-team all-conference selection for the first time
- Named the Sun Conference Offensive Player of the Week
- Appeared in all 14 games for the Seahawks
- Threw for 3,616 yards (No. 4 in the NAIA) on 332-of-445 passing (74.6 percent - No. 3 in the NAIA)
- Registered 62 passing touchdowns - No. 3 in the nation
- Set the season high in passing with 338 yards at Brewton-Parker (3/18) - second most in school history
- Also produced one rushing touchdown
Running Back / Blocker - Second Team
Janasia Wilson, Second Year, Irvington, New Jersey
- Named to SUN All-Conference Second Team selection for the second time in her career
- Appeared in all 12 games for the Seahawks
- Tallied 58 catches for 379 yards and five touchdowns
- Rushed for a team-high three touchdowns
- Averaged 5.0 yards per rush
- Recorded a season-high 11 catches for 49 yards versus No. 1 Ottawa (2/26)
Cornerback - Second Team
Sarah Villarreal, Third Year, San Diego, California
- Named a second-team all-conference selection for the first time
- Appeared in 13 games for the Seahawks
- Posted 34 flag pulls (30 solo)
- Had one flag pull for loss
- Recorded five interceptions, including one for a touchdown
- Tallied six pass breakups
- Also caught 19 passes for 140 yards and one touchdown
The Seahawks will play in the SUN Semifinals on Friday, April 24, in Lake Wales, Fla. Keiser will face the winner of the quarterfinal match between St. Thomas and Webber Int'l.
