No. 1 Women's Golf

No. 1 Women’s Golf Travels to Nashville for the Music City Classic

The No. 1-ranked Keiser women's golf team travels to Nashville, Tennessee, for the Music City Classic April 13-14. The three-round, two-day event will be held at the Hermitage Golf Club – Generals Retreat  (Par 72, 6,085 yards) and will feature golfers from 21 different collegiate programs. Of the 21 team field, 14 are represented in the latest NAIA Women's Golf Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
 
The Seahawks are coming off a 10th-place finish at the Lynn Invitational last week. The Seahawks posted a three-round total of 927, improving in the final round with their lowest team score of the tournament.

Leading the way for Keiser was Sophia Sindersberger, who delivered an impressive performance to tie for sixth overall. Sindersberger carded rounds of 77, 74, and a team-best 71 in the final round to finish at even-par 222, marking one of the top individual finishes in the field.

Herry Ji also turned in a strong showing, tying for 14th place with a three-round score of 225. Ji was steady throughout the tournament, posting rounds of 73, 76, and 76 to give the Seahawks a solid presence near the top of the leaderboard.

Luz Maria Ardila finished tied for 56th with a total score of 241, while Linda Stamm followed closely behind in a tie for 58th at 242. Stamm highlighted her tournament with a strong closing round of 77, showing improvement heading into the final day.

Rounding out the lineup, Berglind Erla Baldurssdottir placed 60th overall with a 244, contributing to the team's overall effort.

Ardila has tallied four top-5 finishes this season. She enters the week with an adjusted scoring average of 74.4 and is ranked No. 25 in the nation (clippd)

Stamm has produced two top-5 finishes this season. The native of Heiligenhaus, Germany, has registered an adjusted stroke average of 75.0. She is currently ranked No. 23 in the nation (clippd)
