No. 3 Keiser men's tennis improved to 9-1 overall and 4-0 in Sun Conference play Friday, knocking off No. 15 Coastal Georgia 4-0 at the Marta B. Torrey Tennis Complex in Brunswick, Ga. The Seahawks claimed the doubles point with a pair of wins and dominated singles from start to finish, with court three delivering the clinching point.
- Oliver King and Andrej Krajcik got Keiser on the board first on court two, defeating Geronimo Dolci and Casper Grylis 6-4
- No. 29 Matthew Dubas and Didrik Liljekvist clinched the doubles point for the Seahawks on court one, edging No. 23 Salvador Medina and Artur Medina 7-5
- No. 2 Heber Santos and Shaheed Alam were locked in a tight court three battle with Max Kirmayr and Enzo Barauna, tied at 5-5, when play was stopped with the doubles point secured
- No. 2 Alam wasted no time on court two, cruising past Gonzalo Tano 6-1, 6-1
- King kept the pressure on with a dominant showing on court four, taking down Dolci 6-1, 6-3
- Felipe Rivadeneira clinched the match for the Seahawks on court three, knocking off Salvador Medina 7-5, 6-1
- When the match was clinched, No. 8 Didrik Liljekvist led No. 71 A. Medina 6-3, 4-5, held a 6-1, 5-4 edge on Leonard Daguinot, and Matej Laibl was ahead 5-4 against Kirmayr.
