Coach's Corner

When asked about today's result, Head Coach Ali Borhani had this to say: "Bit of a bounce-back day from the team during doubles play. After winning the doubles point the way we did, it gave us the chance to rest up some of our top players and give others some much-needed match time. Andrej walked out of the mummy tomb he's been in and won both his doubles matches and his debut match at #2 singles to clinch. Onto the next one for the boys."

Krajcik on the result, "I was happy with the way we started in doubles. I felt that Ollie and I did really well on court today. We started a little bit slow in singles in the first few games. Matej did a really good job with winning his first set quickly on court 6 to get the rest of the guys going. Pipe followed up with a quick one on court 4, and then I followed. Overall, I am happy with today's performance."
