WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Keiser University softball team's offense erupted for 17 runs on 20 hits in a Wednesday afternoon sweep of Webber International, with the Seahawks finishing both five-inning contests without allowing a single run. The twin victories pushed Keiser's record to 31-2 on the season and a perfect 9-0 in conference play.

Keiser wasted no time in the opener, sending the message early that Webber International was in for a long afternoon. Webber's Chloe Rayner did not retire a single batter before being chased, walking three of the four hitters she faced as the Seahawks loaded the bases and began to score. Trinity Rohrer delivered an RBI single and Sarah Phipps followed with a bunt single to push the lead to three, and then Ava Stahl singled up the middle and took an extra base on a Webber throwing error to make it six before the inning was over. Keiser added two more in the second on another Rohrer single and put the finishing touch on the scoring with a Kaci Kidd solo home run in the third. Maggie Miller was dominant throughout, working a complete-game shutout and allowing just one hit across five innings in an efficient 49-pitch effort.

If the second game lacked the early fireworks of the opener, it more than made up for it with a dramatic finish. Mackenzie Masternak was methodical from the circle, holding Webber International's lineup quiet inning after inning. Then the fifth inning arrived. Keiser sent ten batters to the plate without recording an out until the damage was well done, stringing together a walk, two errors, a single, a double, and three more singles before Phipps put the exclamation point on the afternoon with a walk-off three-run home run to center field. Lanie Macicek started the rally with an RBI single, Kidd followed with a two-RBI double, and Genesis Iglesias and Rohrer each added RBI singles before Phipps cleared the bases. Masternak finished with her 13th complete-game shutout of the season, scattering two hits and a walk while retiring Webber in order multiple times across her 66-pitch outing.
