WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Keiser University softball team returned home and made quick work of Warner on Friday, shutting out the Royals 8-0 in six innings at Alumni Field to improve to 26-2 on the season.
The Seahawks put up a steady, methodical offensive effort, scoring in every inning from the second through the sixth and never allowing Warner to find any momentum. Macy Schaaf was the offensive catalyst, going a perfect 3-for-3 with a double, an RBI, three runs scored, and two stolen bases to pace the lineup. Kaci Kidd drove in two runs to lead the team in RBI on the day, and Faith Campos added two hits and a stolen base of her own while Ava Stahl and Scarlett Griffiths each chipped in an RBI as well.
Mackenzie Masternak was efficient and dominant in the circle, limiting Warner to just one hit over five innings while striking out three to improve to 15-1 on the season. Presley Wright came on to work the sixth and close out the shutout victory.

- Keiser improved to 26-2 on the season with the win, continuing one of the most dominant starts in program history and remaining unbeaten in Sun Conference play.
- Mackenzie Masternak allowed just one hit over five shutout innings, striking out three and walking one to improve to 15-1 on the season. Her ERA now sits at 2.06 over 105.1 innings pitched.
- Macy Schaaf had her cleanest offensive game of the season, going a perfect 3-for-3 with a double, an RBI, three runs scored, and two stolen bases. She is now hitting .369 on the year with 14 RBI.
- Kaci Kidd led the team with two RBI on the day and is now batting .388 with 22 RBI through 27 games, firmly establishing herself as one of the most consistent hitters in the lineup.
- Faith Campos went 2-for-4 with an RBI and two stolen bases, pushing her season stolen base total to 24 and continuing to be one of the most dangerous baserunners in NAIA softball.
- Keiser scored in five consecutive innings — the 2nd through the 6th — putting together a sustained, wire-to-wire offensive effort that never let Warner back into the game.
- Keiser did not strike out once as a team in the six-inning victory, going through the entire game without recording a single strikeout against Warner's pitching staff.
- Presley Wright worked the sixth inning in relief to close out the shutout, combining with Masternak to hold Warner to just three hits on the day.
- Keiser committed zero errors in the game, continuing a strong defensive stretch that has been a consistent part of their 26-2 campaign.
- Keiser stole five bases on the day, with Campos swiping two and Schaaf adding two more, keeping the aggressive baserunning approach that has been a hallmark of the season fully intact.
- Warner was held to just three hits and never advanced a runner past the base paths in any meaningful way, with Masternak retiring the majority of batters she faced with minimal damage on just 50 pitches.
- Genesis Iglesias went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored, and now has 27 RBI on the season to lead the team in that category through 28 games.
Keiser will host Warner for a doubleheader Saturday beginning at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., with the Seahawks looking to continue their Sun Conference winning streak on their home field at Alumni Field.
