Top-ranked Keiser put up 80 points for the first time in program history and posted its eighth shutout Saturday, beating Thomas, 80-0, at Veterans Memorial Stadium in the Sun Conference opener for both teams.

The 80 points broke the previous program best of 69, set at Warner on Oct. 14, 2023. The Seahawks (3-1, 1-0 SUN) also set a school record for fewest yards allowed, holding the Night Hawks (1-4, 0-1 SUN) to 57 yards of total offense. The shutout was Keiser's first since a 45-0 win over Webber Int'l on Oct. 25, 2025.

Keiser outgained Thomas 459-57, with 255 yards rushing and 204 passing, and recorded 28 first downs to the Night Hawks' three. The Seahawks scored on all seven trips inside the red zone, all touchdowns, and did not turn the ball over. Thomas converted just one of 11 third-down attempts.

JT Tabora set a school record with a 100 percent completion rate (minimum 10 attempts), going 14-for-14 for 153 yards and two touchdowns.
Damari Charlton added a 23-yard touchdown pass to Terrance Smith Jr. in the third quarter and ran for a 19-yard score.

Dallas Desouza caught five passes for 89 yards and two touchdowns, both from Tabora, covering 27 and 42 yards. He now has 1,245 receiving yards in his Keiser career, fourth all-time.

Joshua McDowell recorded the first interception of his Keiser career in the second quarter. He added a second in the third quarter and returned it 26 yards for a touchdown, the first non-offensive touchdown for the Seahawks this season. He also forced a fumble.

Keiser led 14-0 after the first quarter and 42-0 at halftime, then scored 31 points in the third quarter.
Jontay Hais ran for three touchdowns,
Raphael Ekechi had two, and
Varian Terry capped the scoring with a 15-yard run with 20 seconds left. Terry led the team with 74 rushing yards on 15 carries, and Ekechi added 71 on 13.
Dorian Hall went 8-for-8 on extra points and kicked a 45-yard field goal. Terrance Smith Jr. returned two punts for 67 yards, including a 50-yarder.
