Leading the Keiser men's golf team to a second-place finish at the Citrus Intercollegiate, Max Gipson was was named this week's Sun Conference Golfer of the Week, the league announced on Monday.

• Named Sun Conference Golfer of the Week for the first time this season and the first time in his career
• Led the Seahawks to a second-place finish at the Citrus Intercollegiate, tying for seventh at 220 (+4)
• Gipson led the Seahawks to their fourth top-2 finish of the fall season as Keiser finished better than 10 other NCAA Division II teams in the tournament
• The seventh-place finish for Gipson was his second straight top-10 result
• He shot even-par on Par 5s while registering a team-best 37 pr putts
• Ranked No. 11 in the nation (clippd), Gipson has seven birdies in the event
