Keiser volleyball hits the road this week for a pair of matchups, beginning Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. against the Gyrenes of Ave Maria (4-7, 3-1 SUN). The Seahawks will then head to Temple Terrace, Florida, to take on the Florida College Falcons Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.
The Seahawks are looking to rebound after a tough week that saw them go 0-2, falling to New College of Florida and Southeastern.
Over the last two games, Cece Worsham and Aubree Valcourt led the offense with 22 kills apiece, averaging 3.14 kills per set, with Valcourt hitting a team-best .260. Isabella Steffel provided steady production at the net with 16 kills on a .209 hitting percentage and six total blocks. Mallory Dills kept the offense running smoothly with 73 assists (10.43 per set), while Faith Marquis anchored the defense with a team-leading 45 digs (6.43 per set).
