No. 3 Men's Golf Hosts the 2025 Seahawk Shootout

The No. 3-ranked Keiser men's golf team opens the 2025-26 season, hosting this year's Seahawk Shootout Sept. 15-16 at PGA National (Fazio Course- Par 72, 7,050 yards). The 13-team field will feature five Sun Conference teams which will play 54 holes over two days.
 
Last season, the men's golf team opened the 2024-25 campaign in dominant fashion, winning the 2024 Seahawk Shootout by 50 strokes. Keiser led the entire way and was the only team to finish the three-round event under par, shooting a 22-under, 782.

The Seahawks ended the 2024-25 season with four tournament victories and seven the top-2 seven finishes. The Seahawks claimed seven all-America honors as well as the 2025 NAIA Phil Mickelson Outstanding Freshman Award recipient presented by StrackaLine (Adam Buchanan). Keiser claimed its fourth Sun Conference Championship last season while claiming five all-conference honorees, the Sun Conference Golfer of the Year (William Brun Solum), the Sun Conference Freshman of the Year (Buchanan).

1. Iver Sokhan-Sanj - So. / Lorenskog, Norway
Sokhan-Sanj enters his second year with the Seahawks. The native of Lorenskog, Norway, competed in seven events for the Seahawks last season with a career-best, eighth-place finish in last year's Seahawk Shootout. He finished the year with an adjusted stroke average of 73.7

2. Jack Peters - Fr. / Ballyclare, Northern Ireland
Peters is in his second year with the Seahawks, having appeared in four events last season. He posted an adjusted scoring average of 73.6 in 11 rounds of action in 2024-25

3. Jose Ricardo Aguilar - Jr. / Mexico City, Mexico
Aguilar is a three-year member of the Seahawk program. He appeared in only one match last season (the 2024 Seahawk Shootout) and played in four events during his freshman campaign

4. Yann Ferrando - Jr. / Biscarose, France
An NAIA All-American last season, Ferrando appeared in 10 events for the Seahawks for a total of 30 rounds. With two top-10 finishes, Ferrando finished the year with an adjusted scoring average of 72.0 (ranked No. 48 in the nation by clippd)

5. Theodor Myklebust Bjorge - Fr. / Alesund, Norway
Bjorge will be making his Seahawks debut on Monday. Over the past two years, Bjorge has appeared in 30 world amateur events with six top 10 finishes

Achilleas Lazaridis - Jr. / Limassol, Cyprus
Lazaridis appeared in two matches for the Seahawks last season for a total of six rounds. The third-year Seahawk posted an adjusted scoring average of 72.4 last year
 
Rio Jang - Sr. / Ilsan, South Korea
Jang is in his third year with the Seahawks. The native of Ilsan, South Korea, made one appearance last season and registered an adjusted scoring average of 75.5
 
Dimitri David - Jr. / Pirae, Tahiti
David appeared in six events for the Seahawks last season. He posted two top-5 finishes in 17 rounds of action
 
Matus Cedzo - Fr. / Prague, Czech Republic
Cedzo is making his Keiser debut on Monday. The first-year Seahawk has recorded multiple junior and amateur finishes, including first place at the 2024 Raiffeisenbank Czech Open
 
Fridtjof Farhang - Fr. / Oslo, Norway
First-year golfer Farhang is making his collegiate debut this week. The native of Oslo, Norway, has consistently performed well in junior and amateur tournaments, achieving numerous top 10 finishes in Srixon Tour and Garmin Norgescup events

Michael Conti - Jr. / Phoenix, Arizona
Conti appeared in last year's Seahawk Shootout, posting an adjusted scoring average of 74.1.
 
Justin Vieira - So. / Brampton, Ontario
Vieira will be making his Keiser debut this week. Prior to joining the Seahawks last season, he competed on the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour (MJT), one of the top junior circuits in Canada
 
Theodoros Michael - Sr. / Paphos, Cyprus
Michael will be entering his fourth year with the Seahawks on Monday. Last season, the native of Paphos, Cyprus, made one appearance for Keiser (Kona Ice Keiser Kup)
 
Jan Sustek - So. / Brno, Czech Republic
Second-year Seahawk Sustek made five appearances for Keiser last season. He finished the year with an adjusted scoring average of 71.0 and had a national ranking of No. 18 (clippd)
 
Anthony Bestrick - Jr. / Orland Park, Illinois
Bestrick, who is in his second year with the Seahawks, will be making his Keiser debut on Monday. Prior to joining Keiser, Bestrick earned all-conference honors at Moraine Valley Community College
 
Paul Guillaume Fettweis - Sr. / Lincent, Belgium
Fettweis will be playing in his third event as a Seahawk Monday. The native of Lincent, Belgium, appeared in two events in 2023-24, recording an adjusting scoring average of 79.9
 
Daniel Yang - So. / Dongguan, China
Yang will be making his Keiser debut on Monday. A member of the squad last season, Yang did not participate in any Keiser events in 2023-24.
 
Basil Strolz - So. / Lech, Austria
Strolz will be making his Keiser debut this week. He played in five events at his previous school (South Mountain CC), posting an adjusted scoring average of 76.5
 
Bennett Dolter - Fr. / Dubuque, Iowa
A true freshman, Dolter will be making his Keiser debut on Monday. Dolter was a First-Team All-MVC (Mississippi Valley Conference) selection at Wahlert Catholic High School
