MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. –The Keiser women's volleyball team fell to No. 13 St. Thomas 3–0 (21–25, 16–25, 12–25) at Fernandez Family Center in Miami Gardens, Fla. The Seahawks (5–5, 0–1) stayed competitive throughout the first set, rallying from a mid-set deficit to close within 21–24, fueled by strong swings from Makenzi Bennett and Cece Worsham. Despite the effort, the Bobcats' steady attack was too much in the final two sets. Senior setter Mallory Dills led the offense with 22 assists, while libero Faith Marquis recorded a team-high 12 digs.
Keiser's defense produced several momentum-shifting plays, including Valcourt's three block assists and timely digs from Marquis that extended rallies in the second set. Bennett added nine digs of her own, providing stability on both sides of the ball. The Seahawks also found success from the service line, collecting five aces—two each from Bennett and Paryss Betts—to pressure St. Thomas' serve-receive.
