The 2025 Women's Lacrosse NAIA All-America Teams were announced by the national office on Thursday morning. This year's teams featured 16 first-team, 16 second-team, and 16 third-team selections.
Milena Isturiz and
Lizzie Belton were selected as NAIA First-Team All-Americans.
MacKenzie Gibaud and
Hayley Frew secured second-team honors while
Cassidy Green collected third team honors.
First Team All-America
Milena Isturiz, Fourth Year, Pembroke Pines, Fla.
- Named an NAIA All-American for the first time in her career
- Collected first-team all-conference honors
- Started all 18 games for the Seahawks
- Set the single-season record for groundballs with 60
- Also led the Seahawks in caused turnovers (49) and draw controls (75)
- Broke the record for points (11) and goals (10) in a game against No. 7 Missouri Baptist on March 10
Lizzie Belton, First Year, Dallas, Ga.
- Garnered NAIA All-America honors in her first season with the team
- Named to the All-Sun Conference First Team
- Made the start in all 18 games for KU
- Finished second on the team in groundballs (33) and caused turnovers (31)
- Registered at least three caused turnovers in six games this season
- Part of the defense that led the NAIA in caused turnovers and was second in goals-against average
Second Team All-America
MacKenzie Gibaud, Third Year, Rochester, N.Y.
- Tabbed an NAIA All-American for the first time in her career
- Garnered first-team All-Conference honors
- Started in all 16 of her appearances for the Seahawks
- Scored 34 goals and added 24 assists on the year, both season highs
- Had four games with at least four goals and five games with at least three assists
- Collected her 100th career point on March 15 against Webber
Hayley Frew, Fourth Year, Kent Island, Md.
- Named an NAIA All-American for a second consecutive season
- Collected Sun Conference First-Team All-Conference honors for a second consecutive season
- Started all 18 games for the Seahawks
- Finished second on the team with 62 draw controls this season, a new season high
- Also set season bests in points(47), goals (34), and assists (13)
- Ranks in the top-5 in program history in points, goals, draw controls, and games played
Third Team All-America
Cassidy Green, Fourth Year, Deale, Md.
- Earned NAIA All-America honors for the first time in her career
- Received SUN First-Team honors
- Started in 12 of her 18 appearances this season
- Recorded a team-high 72 saves this season with a save percentage of 45.6%
- Ranks second in program history with 240 saves and 26 wins in her career
- Part of the defense that finished second in the NAIA in goals-against average at 7.89 goals allowed per game
