Keiser softball won their 33rd game of the season today with a 6-0 shutout victory versus Webber International. The Seahawks are now two wins away from setting a program high for wins in a season. This shutout was KU's seventh of the year, and the Seahawks are now 33-12, 15-4 overall.

• Mackenzie Masternak returned from injury to collect her 14th win of the season, striking out three batters in the process (72 pitches)
• Lizzy Small pitched the final inning in relief (12 pitches)

• Claire Czajkowski went 2-3 with 3 RBI
• Ashley Bullock and Macy Schaaf went 2-3
• Bullock stole two bases, Schaaf stole one, and has yet to be caught stealing this season

Already leading by two, the Seahawks plated three runs in the fourth inning to put the game out of WIU's reach

• The Warriors were threatening to score with the bases loaded, but the Keiser defense stood its ground and left all runners stranded on base

• Kelsey Ganci scored the first run of the series with an RBI double up the middle to score Macy Schaaf
• Bridget Dunham put Keiser up by two with an RBI double into right field, bringing home Ganci

KU 5, WIU 0

• With two outs on the board, Claire Czajkowski smashed a two run homer to bring home Genesis Iglesias
• It was Czajkowski's fifth home run of the season, the most in a season by a Seahawk since Cassie Querry in 2022

KU 6, WIU 0

• Keiser plated an insurance run when Czajkowski hit an RBI double that scored Lizzy Small

• The Seahawks preserved the shutout by retiring the final three Warrior batters in order

The Seahawks will go for the series sweep in a doubleheader tomorrow, starting at 12:00 p.m. in Babson Park, Fla.
