No. 23 Keiser baseball claimed the doubleheader sweep over Warner with a pair of thrilling wins on Friday afternoon at Silvester Jr. Field. In Game One, the Seahawks edged out a 3-2 victory behind a dominant complete-game effort from Kyle Keyes, who allowed just three hits and struck out six to earn his fifth win of the season. Offensively, Keiser used timely situational hitting—including an RBI groundout by Jeremy Garcia and a solo homer from Simon Grinberg—to claw back from a 2-1 deficit.
Game Two turned into a back-and-forth slugfest, with Keiser erasing multiple Warner leads to pull off a 9-8 win. Landon Lowe delivered the highlight of the afternoon with a go-ahead grand slam in the second inning, and the Seahawks completed a seventh-inning rally with three runs fueled by clutch hits from Elian Collado, Edbarry Guzman, and Garcia. Carson Hawkes earned the win in relief, while Tanner Goswick locked down the ninth to collect his third save of the year.
The Seahawks will face the Royals tomorrow in the series finale, the first pitch of Game Four is set for 11:00AM.
